In 1985 my interest in programming had grown so far that I bought a Bondwell 12 transportable computer with a Z80 microprocessor. It costed 4000 guilders (€ 1818) and it came with CP/M 2.2, the WordStar editor and some other applications by MicroPro.

With the Bondwell I had my first programming experiences with Z80 assembly and Motorola 6802 and 6805 assembly, JRT Pascal and Borland Pascal and BDS-C.

July 2009: The Bondwel 12/14 is making its way into MESS, the Multiple Emulator Super System.
