RB8506 SIFU Tst Input Line Level

test the input line level.

Input Port line 0..3:

- false low level

- true high level

Input Port line 4..7:

- false no low-high transition has occurred

- true low-high transition has occurred

The test operation retains the state of the input flip-flops of the positive-edge-sensitive inputs 4..7.
