RB8506 SIFU Set Output Port Data

set the output port data.

Output Port line 0..3:

- 0 low level

- 1 high level

Output Port line 4..7:

- 0 no pulse

- 1 armed for pulse

So for example, when the bit-pattern is 0b00010111, output lines 0..2 are high (1) and output line 4 will follow the state of the pulse output (see RB8506 SIFU Enable Pulse Ouputs).
