The bibliographies of ACCU's CVu and Overload Journals are created as follows under MS-Windows.

Tools used:

• ActiveState Perl: Install Active Perl
• bib2xhtml: Extract the archive to get a subdirectory such as bib2xhtml-2.30 in the directry with mk.bat (see below).

Run mk.bat from within the directory that contains it.
