ToDo for testdox.py

TestDox generates a readable overview of test case names from the specified files.

- Add scanner for Google Test, http://code.google.com/p/googletest/
  TEST(test_case_name, test_name), TEST_F(test_case_name, test_name),
  TEST(FactorialTest, HandlesZeroInput), TEST_F(QueueTest, IsEmptyInitially).

- Add option --trimleading to specify word(s) to trim from the start of test names
  using a regular expression; default (itShould|(prefix_)?[tT]est(That)?)

- Add option --trimtrailing to specify word(s) to trim from the end of test names
  using a regular expression ; default: Test(s)?

- Add option --css=file.css (implies --format=html)

- Add HtmlCssWriter class to control presentation via inline CSS, or CSS file.
